Frequently Asked Questions And Store Hours

A discount and liquidation store offers products at significantly reduced prices compared to traditional retail outlets. The discounted prices are often achieved through various means, including purchasing surplus inventory, buying goods in bulk, or acquiring merchandise from manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers who are liquidating excess stock. Discount and liquidation stores provide consumers with an opportunity to purchase quality merchandise at discounted prices, making them popular destinations for budget-conscious shoppers seeking savings on a wide range of products.

Discount and liquidation stores typically do not carry everything that traditional grocery stores do. They do not have a consistent supply chain for the same products. They focus more on non-perishable items, packaged goods, or household items that they can get at a good value to pass the savings along.

Products that have passed their “best by” dates are often still safe to eat, contrary to popular belief. A “best by” date indicates the manufacturer’s estimate of when the product will be at its peak quality in terms of flavor, texture, or appearance. It does not mean that the food will be unsafe to consume after that date. An “expiration date,” on the other hand, typically signifies the last date recommended for use of the product for safety reasons.
